The Project Manager

 

The Project Managers will be responsible for successfully managing the development and implementation of custom applications, and will be required to document the project goals and objectives, as well as define detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables according to a defined project management methodology.

The primary responsibilities of the project managers include:


- Establishing project scope, goals, timelines and constraints


- Developing a resourced plan to achieve the goals within the constraints


- Establishing and providing guidelines for development and delivery of training


- Coaching and mentoring project teams on project delivery techniques


- Accepting accountability for the project success


- Developing detailed project plan, schedule and resource assignments


- Tracking and reporting overall project status to executives


- Resolving and escalating project impacting issues


- Managing business and stakeholder expectations


- Facilitating discussions and issue resolutions between the client, the business teams, and project team


- Introducing and enforcing project standards


- Managing the project budget and project resources
